Returns are only acceptable within 1 calendar day after order confirmation.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. A 20% handling fee will be deducted from all approved refund orders.
Please note that 12 specific product styles are non-refundable and non-returnable. Before placing orders, buyers are suggested to carefully confirm all item information.
All returned goods must remain unused, undamaged and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items arrive broken, altered or without original packaging.
